Hey, I’m Stephanie! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for over 8 years, and my mission is simple: to help you love your hair while making sure it’s healthy and happy! From beautiful colors and restorative treatments to scalp care, I’m here to give you the personalized care your hair deserves. A big part of what drives me is creating a space where everyone feels comfortable—especially for those who struggle with sensory sensitivities, like my brother did growing up. I know how important it is to have a calming environment where you can feel at ease. I can’t wait to work with you and help bring your hair goals to life! My mission is to provide exceptional hair care that prioritizes both beauty and health. I am dedicated to delivering personalized services—whether through restorative treatments, color, or scalp care—that enhance the natural beauty of each client. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Courtesy & Scheduling Policy ✨ As your personal stylist, I value the time, trust, and care that go into every appointment. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you review the following: ⸻ 💫 Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. In the rare event that I must cancel your appointment, your rescheduled service will be offered at 50% off as a thank you for your understanding and flexibility. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals: Life happens — if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please reach out and let me know. I will always do my best to accommodate you while respecting the time of all my guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and an 80% service fee will apply. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. In the rare event that I am running behind, I will honor your time with 10% off your service for every 10 minutes of delay — because your time is as valuable as your experience here. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy: • 1st No-Show: An 80% service fee will be charged. The balance will transfer to your first rescheduled appointment. • 2nd No-Show: An 80% service fee plus a 50% deposit will be required for your next appointment. • 3rd No-Show: I will no longer be able to offer you future appointments. ⸻ Thank you for understanding that each appointment is carefully reserved just for you.
